Can I choose my pajama size?

A: Yes! You will select your size (XS-3XL) at checkout. Subscribers will receive an email before each quarterly billing to update their size if needed.

When will my box arrive?

A: Spring boxes begin shipping the week of April 20th—perfectly timed for Mother’s Day gifting! We will ship out boxes for our East-Coast friends first (3-5 business days to ship), then West-Coast by mid week (1-3 business days to ship). You will receive an email once it’s on its way to you! 

Can I buy this at one of your Cloud Nine locations?

Unfortunately these are available for purchase Online Only - they will not be available in-stores. However, you can choose “in-store pickup” instead of shipping - they will be sent to your store of choice the week of April 20th/by April 23rd and someone there will call you when it’s ready for pick up.

Why should I subscribe and how does it work?

A: The biggest perk? Subscribers get "First Dibs" before the box goes live! You are automatically billed $199.99 every three months (January, April, July, and October). This guarantees you a box before they are opened to the general public for one-time purchases and makes sure you receive your size.
