Can I choose my pajama size?

A: Yes! Select your size (XS-3XL) above before clicking add to cart. See the size chart above for best fit.

When will my box arrive?

Summer boxes will begin shipping July 8th. We will ship out boxes for our East-Coast friends first (3-5 business days to ship), then West-Coast by mid week (1-3 business days to ship). You will receive an email once it’s on its way to you! 

Can I buy this at one of your Cloud Nine locations?

Unfortunately these are available for purchase Online Only - they will not be available in-stores. However, you can choose “in-store pickup” instead of shipping - they will be sent to your store of choice on July 9th and someone there will call you when it’s ready for pick up.

Can I return the box if it’s not for me?

A: Due to the high-value, box-exclusive and limited nature of these curated items, all Dreamer’s Club boxes are Final Sale. 

Is this a Subscription? I thought I subscribed when I got the Spring box!

This is NOT a subscription box - however our insiders get first dibs on the available boxes before it opens to the public. **While many signed up for the Spring box as a subscription, we quickly realized we wouldn't be able to customize the offerings as much as we wanted to when our customers were subscribed to a size - so we pivoted to remove the subscription aspect (for now!).

IMPORTANT: If you were a previous subscriber, you will NOT automatically be charged for the Summer Box. You will need to choose your size and complete your order as normal, but as a previous subscriber you are given early access to make sure to get your hands on one!

I was really looking forwars to receiving my package as I have bought many products from Cloud Nine in the past. I do love the nightgown and I realize this is a mystery box but did not anticipate the nightgown would be the only piece of clothing. I am not able to use the other products so will be donating them elsewhere. Overall, i am very disappointed and would not recommend the mystery box to anyone!
