We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items can be returned in-store or contact us at webstore@cloudninepajamas.com to start the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Underwear/Boxer Briefs/Bras are FINAL SALE - Sorry, absolutely no exceptions. All candles, room sprays, self care items such as bath bombs or hair clips, confectionary, earrings are final sale. All Last Chance/Sale items cannot be returned.

Standard Flat Rate shipping of CAD$15 for all orders under CAD$150. Free Pickup Available at our Edmonton, Alberta (High Street, Windermere or St. Albert) area boutiques.

Delivery

Estimated Processing time is 2-4 Business days. Estimated delivery date will vary dependant on your location. For in-store pick up, you will receive a call or email when your order is ready.

Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.

We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method. "Only X Left" stock indicators on some products are approximate and NOT ALWAYS exact.
