1. Where are your products made?
We carry products from all over! We carry brands made in Canada, United States, and over seas!
2. Shipping Process?
We try to ship out orders as soon as we possibly can. As a small family run stores the owners ship out all the orders themselves! Good news we are mighty good at it and fast! We get stock from all of our locations so it may take a day or so for us to get the products together and then we ship out asap using Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email stating so and it will include a tracking number.
3. Shipping Costs?
We charge a flat rate of $15 in Canada, orders over $150 are free. Some promos will not be included in the free shipping! It is a flat rate of $20 to the USA, Free shipping on orders over $250.
4. Return Policy?

6. Curbside Pick Up?
Do you prefer no contact curbside pick up? Have the kids in the car and don't want to get out. We can offer curbside pick up.
When you are headed in to pick up your order give the location a call and let them know you would like to do curbside pick up. They will get your order ready. Park out front and call once you have arrived and they can run it our to you!

7. How to wash my new purchase?
Cloud Nine Pajamas carries a wide variety of fabrics and styles, this makes washing instructions different for all items. As a general rule to be super careful we recommend washing on a delicate cycle and laying flat or hand drying. You can put your items in the dryer for a short period of time on an air dry cycle. We recommend not using fabric softener as it can alter the feeling of the fabric!

The owners of Cloud Nine Pajamas; Robyn, Kate and Miranda design their brands themselves! Their brands include Georgia Rylan, Miranda Nic Sleepwear co., Katie Em Underwear, and Bob's Sleepwear Co.
Cloud Nine also carries many brands designed and created by amazing companies throughout the world! This is how we are able to have the largest variety of sleepwear in North America!
9: How Does Moisture Wicking Work?
Wicking sleepwear was designed to give you a good night's sleep, despite hot flashes and night sweats.
Night sweats can be caused by menopause, cancer treatment, pregnancy, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, or other conditions ... and can be irritating when travelling to warm weather climates. No matter the cause, you know that night sweats can break up a good night's sleep, leaving you damp, freezing, and restless. Your sleepwear, as well as your bedding can get wet, making a return to dreamland only a distant possibility.
Technically, the moisture wicking material is woven so that it pulls moisture away from the body and spreads out the perspiration allowing it to dry more quickly. The fabric is designed so that each molecule draws moisture away from the neighbouring molecule spreading moisture over as wide a surface area as possible, which in turn speeds up the evaporation process. Many of these products also have an odour free treatment embedded which virtually eliminates odour. You are left with dry, warm, luxurious sleepwear!
Bamboo is a natural wicking fibre. Bamboo fabric is used in some sleepwear because of its absorbency and softness. Bamboo is sustainable resource and the environmental impact is much less than with other fabrics.
Wicking sleepwear packs very small and is wrinkle resistant making them wonderful for travelling. Many pieces are designed so that they can be used as a summer dress, a layering piece, a beach cover up, sleepwear and loungewear.

10: What Sizes Do You Carry?
We carry a large variety of sizes! All of our own brands that we create and design come size Extra small through to size 2XL. We work hard to design our brands for everyone!
We also carry a wide variety of brands from other companies and their size ranges may be different. Some brands come small through to 3XL. Others come extra small through to extra large.
