The Full Story

Shop Salted began in a home kitchen in rural Alberta and grew into a small-batch caramel company built by three women who wanted to make something simple, beautifully, and share it. Their classic sea salt caramel uses just six ingredients — brown sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, vanilla, and sea salt — cooked slowly enough that the texture comes out soft and buttery rather than overly chewy or grainy.
