We built this set because we kept getting asked for something in the $100 range that felt genuinely considered — not just a candle and a face mask thrown together. Can I add a pyjama set to this?
You absolutely can — in-store our team can build a custom gift box that combines the Spa Moment with any sleep set or robe. Online, the set arrives ready to give as-is, or add a handwritten note at checkout.
Is everything in this set reusable?
The hair towel wrap and makeup removing cloth are both reusable and built to last. The Mustard Bath, room spray, and face mask are consumable — which means she'll come back for more, which is always a good sign.

Returns & Exchanges
Below Return/Exchange Policy applies both online and in-store for purchases made and shipped in Canada. Please note that any orders shipped outside of Canada are Final Sale.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to start the process, or visit any of our Edmonton & Area locations.
- We offer Exchange, Credit or Refunds (case depending).
- Damaged or defective items can be evaluated for exchange, credit or refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and credits are issued to your online customer account and can be used towards a future online purchase - they do not expire (see below for more information about online store credits).
Certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. These include:
- Sale/Marked Down Clearance Items (however credit or exchange is an option)
- Underwear, socks, slippers and Boxers
- Custom Products (including personalized and special orders)
- Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products, bath bombs, and creams)
- Remove It Make Cloths/Hair Towels
- Gift Cards
- Items shipped to the USA or Internationally

Our return policy is nice and flexible — there’s no strict deadline for sending or bringing items back. That said, as a small business, we really appreciate when returns are initiated within 90 days of purchase.
Our Christmas Return Policy
We’re happy to offer a refund to the original form of payment, or an exchange or online store credit without (in-store credit offered for in-person returns). The gift receipt (included with your order) or name/email/order number of the original purchaser is required. There’s no set deadline for Christmas/Gift Purchases to be returned (in store or online) but it would be greatly appreciated if it's completed prior to the end of February.

*A note about Credit: Credits issued from an online purchase may only be used towards a future Online purchase only and cannot be used in-store. They are attached to your email/customer account and you must be signed in to view or use them. To use, add items to your cart as normal, and the credit available will appear as a Method of Payment at checkout (the payment page). Just click it first, and any balance will be due via an alternate form of payment. If your purchase is under the available credit, the remaining amount will be available towards another purchase. Credit does not expire and can be combined with other discounts/promotions as well as used towards sale merchandise.
Exchange Process
Not the right size? Not to worry, if we have the size you need we'd be happy to exchange it for you! Exchanges can be done in-store at any of our YEG locations or email us at [email protected] to start the process.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you are local, you can visit any of our store locations to process your return in person.
Orders shipped to the USA or Internationally are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Items are Shipped for the Holidays/Gifts
All orders are shipped in original packaging if available, with prices removed/whited out and a gift receipt (no pricing). It is wrapped in tissue and fully giftable. Our shipping bags do NOT note our company name or have our logo, however the Shipping Label will include that information.

Shipping Carriers & Processing Time
$10 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-Wide from our Edmonton Warehouse.
We ship Via UPS, Canada Post, Purolator and FedEx.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, as we pull inventory from four locations, it may take 2-4 business days before items are ready for shipping.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or General Holidays.
Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.
We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method. "Only X Left" stock indicators on some products are approximate and NOT ALWAYS exact.

Please allow us time to get your order ready as we pull items from all 4 of our locations. You will receive an email or a call when your order is ready for pick up.
