Use a soft tape measure against your skin — snug but not tight. Your body measurements are what you measure on yourself. Garment measurements are the actual dimensions of the item — always larger than your body to allow for ease and comfortable movement. All measurements in inches. Bob's Sleepwear Co. is true to size — when between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
Both share the same waist and hip measurements. The Jogger has a full-length inseam with a banded cuff at the ankle. The Shorts have an 8–9" inseam — a true mid-thigh short ideal for warmer weather or warm sleepers. If your waist and hip measurements fall in the same size across both, go true to size on both styles.
