Market of Stars

Market of Stars makes what their founder Danielle calls "poetry you can wear" — limited-edition dusters, kimonos, and layering pieces built from archival artwork, one-of-a-kind artist collaborations, and centuries-old imagery sourced from museum collections and illustrated manuscripts. Each piece carries a print with an actual story behind it: hand-painted swallows from an 1865 scrapbook, sacred hearts embroidered in gilded thread at Notre Dame in 1872, floral wreaths painted by artists in the 1600s. The kind of design detail that makes someone stop you on the street to ask where you got it.

The brand was born in Canada in 2020 when Danielle went outside on a cold March night, lay down on her frozen lawn, looked up at the stars, and decided to start creating again. Everything that came after — the archival prints, the breathable viscose and linen fabrics, the bohemian silhouettes that move with you — came from that moment of looking up. Every piece is limited edition. When it's gone, it's gone.
