This was only my second or third visit to this store but all visits have been fantastic. The selection is excellent and everything in the store is unique and seems curated for quality. My mother in law (who doesn't know how to do reviews on google) absolutely LOVES this store. We've always had the same employee (I suspect she's possibly the owner) and she is personable and so fun to be around. A great little stop if you're in downtown St Albert.

They were so kind and were so helpful we came in for 1 thing and came out with 3 things. She helped us wrap our p.js so we did not have to. Visit here so that you can have a great and supportive time shopping.

This store is an excellent and very comfortable place to shop. I always buy my bras and underwear there. Yes, the prices may be a little higher, but the quality is absolutely worth it. My bras have lasted over 10 years and are still in great condition. The staff are always helpful, and the overall shopping experience is comfortable and professional. Highly recommend investing in quality pieces from this store!

After falling in love with the downtown store, I recently visited the Windermere location, which is closer to me. The staff there were just as kind and approachable. I bought another dress, and the girl working there was so helpful in figuring out the right size for me—I’m just not great at knowing what fits me best! Once again, I had a great experience, and I’m now a big fan of this local gem.

I love this store! It can be a little bit pricey but most of the stuff if not all is made locally and overall all of the pjs/robes/clothing items they have are just so comfy & cute. I love their room sprays, smell so freaking good. I have restocked 3 times now from them and plan to continue restocking from here! They have the perfect gift ideas too, candles, bath soaks, hair clips, and my fav the room sprays. And it’s all locally made. Love this store and will continue to support them 🇨🇦🛍️ if you haven’t checked them out I suggest you do!

Very friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of comfortable pajamas and cozy accoutrements. Not the place to go for lingerie, but for items you'd want to wear on a Sunday morning to stay nice and warm on a cold day.

Great pj’s, friendly staff. Clothes are expensive but totally worth it. They are super comfy, great material.

The customer service is exceptional. I recently went to Cloud 9 Pajamas to find a sleeping mask for my wife. The selection at the St. Albert location was limited but they said they would bring in options from one of the other locations. They took my information and called me back twice over the next two days to keep me up to date on the process. I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate me for a relatively small purchase. I would recommend C9P in St Albert for anyone looking for great customer service.

Such a cute store and the ladies in there were so friendly. They have some really nice pajamas. They can be quiet expensive, but you can see and feel the quality so you know it's worth it.
