How to measure
Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
Keep the tape comfortably snug, never tight.
