Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped 

Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.

We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method. "Only X Left" stock indicators on some products are approximate and NOT ALWAYS exact.

Most orders are shipped through Canada Post. Certain spending amount may qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates can vary depending on promotions or special offers. 

International customers are responsible for customs/duty expenses.

Cloud Nine Pajamas reserves the right to refund orders if we find that our codes are being used repeatedly.

In-store pickup:

Please allow us time to get your order ready as we pull items from all 4 of our locations. You will receive an email or a call when your order is ready for pick up. 

If you chose shipping:

We will ship out as soon as we can. Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays. 

Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Cloud Nine Pajamas is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our team at webstore@cloudninepajamas.com,  they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package. If you believe your package was stolen we recommend contacting your local authorities immediately.
