Paying for your favourite items just got easier. When you check out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to split your purchase into flexible installment payments.

Choose the option to pay in installments.
Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to the card you saved on Shop Pay based on the payment plan you chose. Don't worry, you'll receive an email reminder before each payment.
This option gives you a quick decision on your eligibility, flexible payments with bi-weekly or monthly options, and no surprises with no late or hidden fees.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When you check out with Shop Pay, you can choose to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
Debit cards are accepted for all Shop Pay Installments orders in Canada. In some cases, credit cards may also be an available payment option.
Am I eligible to use Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers who live in Canada, have a Canadian mobile phone number, and use a payment card with a Canadian billing address.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend?
Yes, the order value limit is $30,000 CAD. This limit includes discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
No, you can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you'd like to buy both a gift card and products eligible for Shop Pay Installments, you'll need to place two separate orders.
What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment. However, partial or late payments may affect your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
What if I make a return?
To request a refund, please contact us. Based on our return policy, we will let you know if a return is possible and how much the refund amount will be. Once your refund is processed, the money will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance: Your next payment might not be lowered. Instead, you can expect to have fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance: The difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

(“Affirm”) are subject to an eligibility check and depend on purchase amount, payment terms, vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Minimum purchase and down payment may be required. For example, an $800 purchase could be 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR for total repayment of $866.48 (credit charges of $66.48), or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.
