Are your Pajamas Made in China?
Yes! Our bamboo pajamas are manufactured in China - the bamboo fabric we use is grown and primarily sourced in China. We do, however, ensure that our manufacturers undergo thorough vetting to meet our ethical and quality standards. 95% of Clothing sold in Canada is produced overseas.
While our pajamas are produced in China, we are proud to say that our brand is designed right here in Edmonton, and we employ over 25 women from our local community. It is our aspiration to one day manufacture our products locally, but the current cost of production in Canada would unfortunately make our pajamas unaffordable for many of our valued customers. Bamboo being primarily sourced from China means that regardless, the fabric would always need to be imported.
