How much product is this, exactly?
The 480g Tin contains roughly two uses at the recommended one-cup dose. The 1KG Refill adds approximately four more — so together you're looking at six or more soaks before you need to think about restocking. For 2–3 soaks a week, that's a month or two of the ritual.
Is this a good gift?

What does it smell like?
Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, and Rosemary — bracing and therapeutic rather than sweet or floral. Think spa apothecary. Most people either love it immediately or take one soak to become completely obsessed.
At first, I thought a mustard bath sounded super weird, but I researched some of the benefits and took the plunge! So glad I did - I am hooked! This has a nice, minty eucalyptus scent. The container is gorgeous - definitely a must if you love vintage things! Surprisingly, it did not turn the bath water yellow, and instead just looked like small floating specks. After the bath, my body felt warm, tired, and super relaxed. The best part: major relief for my muscle pain! Love love love!

My new night time routine! Have a nice relaxing bath and clear away any sinus pressure and body aches and pains. After being on my feet all day my feet and legs can get very achy. I have a nice hot bath and I’m all relaxed and ready for bed. No muscle aches or stiffness! Can’t be with out it now.
I also love their muscle rub!! Highly recommend it!!
