Q: Are these appropriate for sleeping in or are they more of a lounge pant?
Both — that's what bamboo makes possible. Q: Do these run large or small?
True to size with a relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, size up — especially if you're carrying more through the seat or thighs. The elasticised, drawstring waist gives you a good range.
