How to use:

How do I heat it?
Follow the time on the tag, since it depends on your microwave's wattage. Put it in the centre, away from the walls, and use 30-second bursts if you're unsure. Stay nearby, and let it cool a few minutes if one spot feels hot.

Why moist heat?
Warm Buddy says its rice and herb packs give a penetrating, soothing moist heat, which is different from the dry surface warmth of an electric pad. It also molds to your body, and it has no cord.

How long does it stay warm?
Warm Buddy wraps hold heat for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on size. This is a heavy one, so it lasts well.

Can I re-scent it?
Yes. The aromatherapy fades over time. A few drops of lavender, eucalyptus or any of the blend's oils on the pack after heating brings it back.

Can I wash it?
Surface wash the cover. Never submerge the fill. Between uses, store it somewhere cool and dry.
