We love a good sale as much as you do. Here is everything you need to know so the only surprise is how soft your new favourite set feels.

Current promotion: Friends & Family Sale

Promotion runs October 30th - November 1st, 2026

The offer: 20% off everything regular priced, online and in our boutiques.

Online: Friday, October 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM MT to Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT.

In-store: Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, at our High Street, Windermere and St. Albert locations.

How it works: No code needed. Your 20% is applied automatically at checkout online and at the till in-store on every qualifying item.

What's included: Everything regular priced, including our own bamboo collections and PJ Salvage.

What's not included:

• Items already on sale or marked down
• Gift cards 
• The Dreamer's Club Seasonal Box 

Previous purchases:  We're unable to offer price adjustments on orders placed before the sale began.

Combining offers: This promotion can't be combined with other discount codes, promotional gift certificates, birthday gift discount codes, deals or offers, including our welcome offer. If you have a code, save it for after the sale; the Friends & Family savings are the better deal this weekend.

While supplies last: Quantities are limited. Once a size or style is gone, it's gone.

Our general promotion terms

These apply to every Cloud Nine Pajamas promotion, online and in-store, unless the current promotion above says otherwise. Cloud Nine Pajamas reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or technical errors.

• Limit quantities purchased per customer so everyone gets a fair chance at the good stuff.

• Correct errors by cancelling or refusing orders for products listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system or typographical error.

• Verify returns by determining whether a returned item is eligible based on the garment's condition and the original terms of sale. For example, clearance items with a discount greater than 50% off the original price are exchange or credit only.

• Fulfil based on availability. If an item sells out because of an inventory discrepancy, we'll refund the unavailable item in full.

• Prevent misuse by declining the discount or cancelling orders where we suspect fraud or abuse of the promotion terms.

Returns and exchanges: Items purchased during a promotion follow our regular returns policy unless they are marked final sale. Refunds are issued for the amount you paid, after the discount, back to the original form of payment. Gifts can be returned to the original form of payment, exchanged for another item (value of purchased item will be applied, any difference owed is the responsibility of the customer to pay the balance, if an item is chosen that is a lesser value than the original item, the balance will be refunded to a gift card).
