Warming Spa Wrap - Warm Buddy

A microwavable neck and shoulder heat wrap with aromatherapy, 23″ × 7″ and 3 lbs. The long, narrow shape drapes around the back of the neck and over both shoulders, which is where most of us carry it all day. The fill gives off moist heat and a blend of lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, cloves and rosemary, and the cover is a soft designer fabric you can take off and wash. Warm it, drape it, breathe out. It also works cold, straight from the freezer. Made in Canada.

How to Use:

• Warm: remove the heat pad and microwave it per the label, in the centre of the oven, in 30-second bursts until comfortably warm. Put it back inside.
• Cool: place the pad in the freezer for a few hours, then reinsert it.
• Care: take the pad out and machine wash the cover on gentle. Air dry. Never wash the heat pad.
• Scent: the pad is unscented. Add a few drops of essential oil after heating if you like.
