Anti-Stress Shoulder Wrap - Warm Buddy

A U-shaped microwavable shoulder wrap with lavender aromatherapy, made to sit around the neck and over both shoulders without sliding off. The shape does the work: it follows the line of your neck and settles onto the shoulders so the moist heat lands on the muscles that tighten up first. Filled with Warm Buddy's anti-stress blend of lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary and cloves, at 2.5 lbs it's lighter than the Ultra, which makes it easy to wear while you read, work or watch something. How to Use:

• Warm: remove the heat pad and microwave it per the label, in the centre of the oven, in 30-second bursts until comfortably warm. Put it back inside.
• Cool: place the pad in the freezer for a few hours, then reinsert it.
• Care: take the pad out and machine wash the cover on gentle. Air dry. Never wash the heat pad.
• Scent: the pad is unscented. Add a few drops of essential oil after heating if you like.

How do I heat it?
Follow the time on the label, in the centre of the microwave and clear of the walls. If you're not sure, use 30-second bursts. Don't leave it heating unattended.

How long does the heat last?
Warm Buddy wraps hold their heat for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on size. This is one of the smaller ones, so expect the shorter end.

Which one is this versus the Ultra Shoulder Wrap?
This is the U-shape, lighter at 2.5 lbs. The Ultra Shoulder Wrap is heavier at 3.75 lbs and drapes flat across the neck and upper back.

Can I wash it?
Surface wash only, and don't submerge it.

The scent has faded. Now what?
That happens with any heat pack. A few drops of lavender or Anti-Stress oil on the pack after heating brings it back.
