The CPR MSM Pain Relief Lotion is a non-greasy cream for targeted massage into a sore spot. Both are built around MSM and menthol, so it comes down to how you like to apply.

Can I use it with a heating pad?
No. Don't apply the spray and then use external heat such as an electric heating pad. It may cause excessive skin irritation or burns.
