The Full Story
An aromatherapy sleep eye mask you can use warm or cool: heated in the microwave for tired, strained eyes, or chilled in the freezer for a refreshing cold. The snug fit blocks out light, the adjustable elastic strap keeps it put whether you sleep on your back or your side, and the filling is flax seed, lavender, peppermint, chamomile and rose geranium essential oil. It smells calm and herbal, and it's light enough to pack in a carry-on. Soft, cosy fabric. Made in Canada.

Good to Know
Warm or cool?
Warm is for tired, strained eyes and winding down. Cool, from the freezer, is for puffiness and that heavy-headed feeling. Use whichever suits the day.
How do I heat it?
Follow the heating instructions on the tag, since microwaves vary. Heat in short bursts, don't overheat it, and check the temperature against your wrist before it goes on your face. Don't leave it heating unattended.
Does it smell?
Yes, a gentle herbal scent from the lavender, peppermint, chamomile and rose geranium. To refresh it later, put a few drops of essential oil in the corner of the mask, away from your eyes.
Will it stay on?
The adjustable elastic strap is there for exactly that. Tighten it until it's snug but not pressing.
Can I wash it?
Surface wash only. It can't go in the washing machine or be soaked.
Good gift?
A very easy one: flat, light and useful for anyone who travels, naps or lies awake. Pair it with the Ultra Shoulder Wrap for a bedtime set.
