Cloud Nine "Pajamas for a Year" Giveaway – Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Cloud Nine "Pajamas for a Year" Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cloud Nine (the “Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of North America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 19 2025 at 3pm mst and ends on Dec 31 2025 at 12pm mst(the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Giveaway by scanning the QR code or visiting the link and entering their email address on our sign-up form. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive "Pajamas for a Year", which consists of 12 x $100 gift certificates that are each only valid for one month of the year. The winner must use their certificates within the valid time windows and cannot combine them together or with any other sale, promotion, reward or coupon. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $1200 CAD. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Cloud Nine Pajamas in or about the month on January 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 14 days to claim the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within the timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that Cloud Nine Pajamas may use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
