Scattered with golden bees borrowed from an embossed Victorian book cover, it's both grounded and celestial: a pattern that feels like moonlight through old glass, or vines climbing weathered wood. A first for Market of Stars in a totally neutral palette of honeyed ivory and black — a departure in tone, but not in spirit.

About Market of Stars

Market of Stars makes wearable art pieces from archival and antique imagery — prints sourced from historical scrapbooks, museum collections, and centuries-old illustrated manuscripts. Each piece is designed to carry meaning as well as beauty. Founder Danielle built the brand in 2020, lying on a frozen lawn in March, looking up at the stars, and deciding to start creating again.

How to Wear It

What does "opera duster" mean in terms of length?
Floor-grazing on most heights — 116cm (approximately 45.5") sits at the ankle or just above depending on your height. On shorter frames it will be longer; on taller frames it will hit the shin. The drama is the point and the viscose movement makes it feel like wearing something alive.
