Beta-glucan is a fiber found in mushroom, oats and barley (our source). Beta-glucans act as humectants. This means they attract and lock in moisture into the skin. Beta-glucan has been shown in scientific studies to improve skin hydration and healing. Our Beta-Glucan is sourced and made in Canada. It is extracted with a technique that uses air technology, requiring no chemicals or solvents.

Beta Cream : Active Ingredients: Beta-Glucan (Barley Derived) 0.5%
Inactive Ingredients: Water, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Petrolatum, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Phenoxyethanol
DIRECTIONS:
- Turn warm water faucet on to full force. Use 2 scoops for a small bath (infant tub) or 5 scoops for a bath tub. (One scoop is equivalent to one tablespoon).
- Slowly sprinkle the scoop of the bath treatment directly under the faucet into the tub or container.
- For use as a soak in a bath: Soak affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed, or as directed by a doctor.
- Pat skin dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin.
DIRECTIONS:
- Test a small amount on skin. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician.
- Apply gently over affected area as needed, or as directed by a doctor.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at webstore@cloudninepajamas.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are local, you can visit any of our store locations to process your return in person.
Orders shipped to the USA are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Carriers & Processing Time
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, as we pull inventory from four locations, it may take 1-2 business days before items are ready for shipping.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or General Holidays.
Shipping Rates
Within Canada:
- Alberta: Flat rate of $15 for orders under $150 CAD
- Rest of Canada: Flat rate of $20 for orders under $150 CAD
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
Shipping to the USA:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
- All USA orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Standard Flat Rate shipping of CAD$15 for all orders under CAD$150. Free Pickup Available at our Edmonton, Alberta (High Street, Windermere or St. Albert) area boutiques.
Delivery
Estimated Processing time is 2-4 Business days. Estimated delivery date will vary dependant on your location. For in-store pick up, you will receive a call or email when your order is ready.
Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.
We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method.
