Nightshirt or a two-piece set?
Nightshirt if you like one piece with nothing to adjust at the waist. Two-piece if you like defined top and bottom: the Tee/Jogger for cooler nights or the Tee/Short for warmer ones.
Will long sleeves make me overheat?
Less likely than with cotton. Bamboo moves moisture away from skin. If you run very warm, the Tee/Short has the most airflow.
Good gift for a dog person?
