How do I heat it?
Take the pad out and heat it in the centre of the microwave in 30-second bursts until evenly warm. Start short because every microwave differs, and don't overheat it. It should feel comfortably warm, not hot.
How long does it stay warm?
Around half an hour of useful warmth, then gentle warmth for a while after.
Safe for kids?
Warm Buddy says its animals are generally safe for children. The pad is cordless and unscented. Always check the temperature and supervise young children (no unsupervised use under 3, per the brand).
Can I wash it?
Pad out first. The cover goes in the machine on gentle, then air dry.
