A cooling bamboo sleep mask in Midnight Teal for hot sleepers: soft bamboo rayon against the skin around your eyes, which runs warm and damp overnight. It's light, breathable and moisture-wicking, with a silk-filled interior and an elastic band that fits without pulling your hair. Why bamboo for a sleep mask?
It's soft on sensitive skin and breathable, and it doesn't trap heat around your eyes the way a polyester mask can.
Does it block light?
Yes. The layered bamboo blocks light without thick padding, which would add heat. The band is snug but doesn't press.
Good gift add-on?
It's the easy add-on to a pyjama set or nightgown, and small enough to be a stocking stuffer on its own.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.

Use a soft tape measure against your skin — snug but not tight. Your body measurements = what you measure on yourself, at the fullest part of your bust and hip. Garment measurements = the actual dimensions of the item — always a few inches larger to allow for ease and comfortable movement. All measurements in inches.
