Nightshirt or a plaid set?
The nightshirt is the simplest: one piece, short sleeve, pull it on. The Jogger Set adds a crew neck top and cuffed pants for more coverage. The Button-Up Set is the most elevated, with a notch collar and wide-leg pants.
Are the pockets useful?
Yes, deep enough for a phone while you make coffee. Combined with the side slits, it's the easy one.
Matching robe?
The final product image shows it under a matching long-sleeve plaid wrap robe with a tie belt.

I'm so in love with the bamboo line at Cloud Nine but the v-neck nightgown is my absolute favorite! I own several already and the lilac shade on this one is so beautiful. They are cooler to sleep in and sooo soft! The length is respectable enough to wear on the deck sipping coffee or answer the door. Highly recommend!

I love these pj's. The bamboo really feels cooling. I hung them to dry after washing before wearing and dried fast. The soft fabric doesn't cling to all the 'wrong areas'. It's a flattering silhouette.
The one thing I noticed is the pockets keep turning inside out.
Could be my own doing, I ordered a few sizes larger than my usual size for a roomier fit. Not being sure of how baggy the fit was without trying on.
I recommend up-sizing no more than 1- 2 sizes
I debated a while whether to order because of price point. So glad I did, hands down worth every penny. The quality is second to none
