Can I wear this to work?

Does bamboo actually help with hot flashes?
More than cotton does. Bamboo rayon moves moisture away from skin rather than absorbing it, and its natural thermal properties regulate temperature in both directions — cooling when you're hot, warming when you're not. It won't stop a hot flash, but it makes the experience considerably less miserable. The bamboo stays dry against your skin rather than staying damp.
Is this just for the office or can I sleep in it too?
It's designed as daywear but bamboo is one of the best fabrics for sleeping in, so if you want to wear it to bed there's no reason not to. Many Georgia Rylan customers wear their daywear pieces around the clock.
