Good to Know
Does it have a belt?
Yes. It includes a detachable self-tie belt in a red and blue paisley print that matches the trim on the cuffs and lapel.
What's the story behind the print?
Hummingbirds are tiny beings of wonder, symbols of hope, healing and luck. The bouquet in this print is a collage of 1700s floral paintings, including several by Rachel Ruysch, a celebrated still-life painter and the first woman inducted into The Hague's painters' society.
How do I wear it?
For daytime, layered over a silky tank with distressed denim and red ballet flats. Or over a flowy maxi dress in a soft pastel like rose, teal or cream, with a petite crossbody bag, gold hoop earrings and wrap sandals for a French bohemian feel. For evening, over an all-black outfit such as a sleek bodysuit and wide-leg trousers, with bold accessories.
Is there a matching piece?
Yes, the Flight of Fancy Bohéme Slip Dress comes in the same print, and the duster is shown worn over it.
How do I care for it?
Handwash or machine wash on gentle and hang to dry. Iron to finish if needed.
